Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)
- SAFuels X utilizes the Hydroprocessed Esters and Fatty Acids Synthetic Paraffinic Kerosine (HEFA-SPK) process to produce renewable jet fuel.
- The renewable jet fuel produced at SAFuels X is blended with petroleum-based jet fuel to produce SAF.
Renewable Diesel
- Renewable diesel is a lower carbon intensive alternative compared to petroleum-based diesel fuel.
- Unlike biodiesel, renewable diesel is a drop-in replacement, requiring no blending with petroleum-based diesel.
- Use of renewable diesel will not require any retrofitting of vehicle engines or fueling infrastructure.
Renewable Naphtha
- Renewable naphtha is a byproduct of SAF and renewable diesel production.
- Naphtha can be sold as a chemical feedstock, blended in to produce gasoline, or used in the plastics industry.
