Head of Account Marketing and Customer Journey

About the company: 

AIC Energy Corp develops and sells engineering software used for the planning and construction of wells. The software is used for designing wells for Oil and Gas, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and Geothermal. Our first product, Oliasoft WellDesign, was launched in 2020 and we have signed agreements with several major operators, such as Equinor and Shell.

Oliasoft WellDesign has been very well received in the market and we are growing rapidly. We are therefore looking for a Head of Account Marketing and Customer Journey to strengthen our Marketing team. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

As responsible for Account Marketing and Customer journey in Oliasoft, you will be responsible for establishing the function within Oliasoft, and developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that target specific high-value accounts to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, to create tailored campaigns and content that resonate with key stakeholders within target accounts. Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning, content creation, data analysis and cross-functional coordination. Some travel is to be expected in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Journey Strategy Development
  • Lead and establish the Account Based Marketing function in Oliasoft.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify target accounts, establish a strategy, and align with overall Marketing and business objectives.
  • Responsible for planning, organising and executing key account programmes.
  • Lead customer and user insights and analysis
  1. Account Segmentation & Customer experience, Content Creation & Execution
  • Lead customer journey strategy and implementation across Oliasoft platforms
  • Lead account segmentation and develop tailored strategies and plans to target customers in collaboration with the broader Commercial team.
  • In collaboration with Brand, plan and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, etc.) aimed at engaging and nurturing target accounts.
  1. Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with the broader Sales, Brand and Customer Success teams to integrate ABM strategies and initiatives with larger marketing and business efforts.
  • Own and leverage marketing technology tools such as CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms, to streamline ABM efforts and track results and drive adoption in internal work processes.
  1. Data Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics and KPIs related to ABM campaigns.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.

 

We think this will describe the candidate who will succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Technical degree/understanding is a bonus, but not required (engineering)
  • Proven experience (preferably 8 years+) in B2B marketing, with a focus on Account Based Marketing, customer marketing or CRM lead
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies and tactics, especially in the context of B2B sales cycles and, preferably, in the energy industry
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Dynamics) and/or CRM systems
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-backed decisions.
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across departments and with cross-functional teams.

Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Americas

About the job

It is an exciting time to join Oliasoft as we continue our journey while having high aspirations together with enthusiastic colleagues worldwide. We are expanding our Sales and business development team in the Americas and creating a new role as Regional Sales Manager with designated responsibility for Oliasoft WellDesign, a leading engineering software for well construction. The main goal is to grow Oliasoft’s business in the region. The position will also work closely with business development and products and gather and analyze market intelligence and help coordinate marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and build sales function for the Americas.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and partners in the region
  • Manage the selling process from lead to delivery with support from the rest of the team

Qualification and skills

Your responsibilities and tasks:

  • Manage QA: Manage day-to-day overview of test coverage throughout Oliasoft product portfolio
  • Create and manage test requirements/plans for all test types (unit- , redux-, integration-, end-to-end-, performance- , and stability tests)
  • Write (automated) tests where needed together with product owners and other developers
  • Work closely with the product team to identify priority areas for tests. Help translating Product Owner requirements into test scenarios
  • Identify, analyse and document problems or potential problems with program functions, outputs and GUI behaviour
  • Update test documentation and create easy to follow test routines for the developers
  • Talk to domain experts to understand base functionality
  • Evaluate new tools and libraries for test planning and execution together with our SW Tools Department
  • Be part of early phase development scoping of new products/modules planning team. Create testing plan to ensure stability with regards to new development
  • Follow up with Product Owners and developers during testing of new features and products to QA/QC prior to release

Who we think you are:

  • BSc or MSc in Software engineering or in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in test execution, analysis & reporting
  • Worked with Jira, Soap-UI or Postman
  • Experience with development in JS/TS

  • Develop and maintain GitOps flows through YAML, Helm and Kustomize
  • Develop infrastructure as code, by Terraform and other scrips
  • Develop and maintain effective container build pipelines (e.g., Dockerfiles, GitLab CI)
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD processes through e.g., Webpack, GitLab and Argo CD
  • Carry out projects and initiatives related to improving observability, secret management, security, fault tolerance, robustness, and resiliency
  • Support developers and QA workflows on keeping a high-frequent/continuous release cycle and high quality, by removing infrastructure obstacles, automate repetitive tasks
  • Write tools and scripts in various languages (familiarity with Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript, C# is an advantage)

What we are looking for:

  • Higher education from relevant field

  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and Infrastructure-as-code scripting, e.g., Terraform
