Hi John and Snow,

I just would like to reach out and update our development of the safety
programs that we've been working on with AIC in mind.  The integrated risk
management, hazard identification and permit to work programs are
progressing with a design that is in compliance with OSHA requirements.
These safety programs cover risk assessment, permitting, isolation, hazard
identification, and worksite management.

We're incorporating these programs into Nova Energy's safety approach to
our work environment.  I've been able to maintain the direct and simple
approach to satisfy the permitting with the use of the traditional Job
Safety Analysis (JSA).  The low risk tasks and a worksite free of
hydrocarbons can be quickly permitted in a timely manner.  This is
complemented with the ability to expand the risk management and permitting
to cover facilities that are in operation with hydrocarbons present.  The
projects that require complex risk management and permitting have been
addressed with a world class safety management plan.

We can easily permit constructing a worksite pad while having options to
meet high risk endeavors like shutting down a refinery and isolating it for
a turnaround.  I hope we have the opportunity in the near future to meet
and discuss customizing these safety management programs for AIC.

I thoroughly enjoyed the last time we met in Las Vegas.  Hope to spend time
with you again.
