I am following up on our conversation from Saturday with t= he questions/requests we have for Hisham.

AIC is looking for reassurance the funds exist and t= o know where exactly the funds are coming from. To verify this, we are= looking for the following:
A letter certifying the proof the funds exist and are not alloca= ted to another project currently.
A letter from the US State Depart= ment certifying the proposed funds are acceptable to them and will pass anti= -money laundering (AML) scrutinization.
&nbs= p;
The consulate general for the US has the author= ity to sign off on the funds coming into the US. Attached is an exampl= e of what is being requested.
