All, after = researching the differences between the specifications from Bartlett = (NOPA) and HT’s design feed are the following:

 

Water

HT – = 0.05%wt, NOPA – 0.1%wt, however these moistures are done with = different test.  HT calls for at Karl Fisher test for moisture and = NOPA calls for a moisture and VOC test
