The crush plant, renewable fuels facility, and transportation sections of the model are completed. All three sections were similar to the other carbon intensity models. The RSB model has an additional section (not included in the carbon intensity models for the US or California) which focuses on the farming of soybeans. The farming section has two main pieces - ag chemicals and fertilizers. The ag chemicals (i.e. fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides) piece was completed this afternoon. However, the fertilizers piece is still outstanding and hopefully will be completed sometime next week. Additionally, there is a land use change section which also needs to be looked at still, but the section is fairly small. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or comments.
