    1. I believe we can have an updated = plot plan with the road layout in a day or two, so we can at least get = rolling on a surface design. I understand the frustration of having to = rework a site, especially drainage.

 

Questions I = have:

  1. What is the extent of the site prep you are = working? Is the rough grade, drainage (above ground swales and ditches) = and storm water pond being drawn/modeled/laid out by Interstate? ( This = was mentioned this morning by Roger)
  2. When can I expect to have a = surface to base my scope on and how will this be done? (csv file or CAD = drawing would be helpful)
    1. It was mentioned that this may end up not = making it to me until after your bid package is constructed in the field = and a new lidar topo would be provided. If this is the case, = it=E2=80=99ll be very difficult for us to produce our civil earth works = deliverables.

We received the Plot = Plan of the site last week Wednesday 6/8/22.  After receiving it, I = was able to bring it into my CAD files and everything appears to match = well.  However, we do have a couple of comments/questions as shown = and stated here:

  1. There is an area that overlaps the Lower = Yellowstone Property line.  The property lines were submitted to = ENGlobal on 05/26/2022.  If overlapping this property line with = earthwork, finish grading, and/or structures has been approved by LYREA, = please forward the information to Interstate Engineering.  =
  2. Is the intent on the south and southwest = sides to have a road that is 55=E2=80=99 and 63=E2=80=99 wide?  The = plot plan shows this.

 

Now that we have a = copy of the Plot Plan, we can re-start the grading plans.  As = previously noted, this is re-work vs. the previous plans that were = started.  This is due to the change in equipment and road = locations, which the preliminary grading plan will be based on.  =
