They understand the optics. We currently believe we would need a major air emission source permit for 2 train fuels plant - but not a PSD application. I also had a discussion with Haley Roberts at Wenck/Stantec regarding effort and costs associated with a two train crush plant. I believe we would subcontract a PSD application to someone like Wenck due to the modeling involved. Nothing I have been involved with in years. I even floated Haley's guess at cost to AIC for them to do the PSD application for 2 trains of crush plant (394,000 bushels per day total capacity vs 150,000 bushels per day ADM-Spiritwood single train design) plus a two train fuels production facility at our current site - which as you would likely guess would be very significant. But the issue is that we have no design for the crush plant, no designer or technology provider selected for one (nor even a RFP prepared to solicit proposals), nor certainty of where AIC would build one even if they in fact made the decision to build the crush plant themselves.
