No, I don't believe so. 

 

I believe you mentioned sharing quite a few docum= ents (perhaps boxes full) and I remember you/AIC mentioning a thumb drive w= ith audio/video of ENGlobal admitting that it didn't complete the agreed upon work, but as of today, we have only receiv= ed a few documents from AIC via email from you.

Any update on the proposed me= diation? If we don't want to mediate at this time, discovery and consulting= with our expert could be our next steps. 

 

Toward that end, you mentione= d that AIC has documents and recordings relating to the project and the dis= pute.  As a starting point, please share the following:

  • Contract documents and correspondence regarding the forma= tion/execution thereof
  • Work-product from ENG= lobal
  • Invoices and correspondence relating to = the demands for payment
  • Correspondence regarding EN= Global's lack of performance and completion
  • Record= ings of meetings with ENGlobal
