This afternoon I spoke with Nathan Berseth, market development offi= cer, concerning AIC Energy=E2=80=99s request to Bell bank to be our lead le= nder for the USDA 9003 guarantee program.=0A=

He stated Bell bank is interested in participating in the financing of = the project but not serving in the capacity as lead lender.=0A=

He indicated that the possible upper range of participation was $50,000= ,000.=0A=
=0A=
He understood from our previous conversation this may involve their par= ticipation as a separate financing of a component of the refinery.=0A=
I specifically mentioned the hydrogen unit as an example.=0A=

He said they would be open to syndication with other lenders to obtain = additional financing.=0A=
=0A=
He also stated that we have their permission to share that Bell bank is= interested in participating in the financing of the project.=0A=

He also implied that they are open to additional involvement in the fut= ure.=0A=

He shared that it appeared to be internal enthusiasm for the project, b= ecause articles on SAF fuels were being shared between the review team.=0A=

He said that it wasn=E2=80=99t necessary to make a special trip to Farg= o next week, however I do think we should attempt to meet with Bell in Farg= o surrounding our meeting on December 14th.=0A=
